Birthday’s are supposed to be fun and full of surprises, which is why we love this drink. It’s the perfect treat for grown up birthdays. We think this should take the place of the store bought cake your co-workers bring you. Turn it into a happy hour birthday party instead!
Birthday Cake Martini
from The Cocktail Lady
1 1/2 oz Pinnacle Vodka cake flavor
1 1/2 oz Potter’s white creme de cacao
1 oz Amaretto
1 oz whipping cream
1/2 oz Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur
Rim: Rainbow sprinkles (optional)
Rim the martini glass with sprinkles. Set aside.
Add all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into the middle of your cocktail glass, trying not to pour it on the sprinkle rim. To get the lines of color effect, sprinkle some sprinkles along the side and as they drop through, they’ll leave a streak.
