The end of the year may be nearing but it’s never too late to check “mixologist” off the ol’ “to do” list. Experiment with a variety of festive vodka infusions to add a little pizazz to your cocktail menu, not to mention a new feather in your hat just in time for the holiday party circuit. Just be careful about sharing your new found skill set with too many people or you’ll find yourself granting drink requests behind the bar all night.
I love combining fresh herbs in vodka because the process is so hassle-free. You wash the herbs, drop them into a container of vodka, and store the blend in the refrigerator or freezer until it’s mixing time. With sweets you’ll need to keep a slightly closer eye on things, as the candy dissolves very rapidly. Only the essence is needed to achieve the desired effect.
Rosemary Martini

1 ounce Potter’s White Crème de Cacao
½ Tablespoon of Rose’s Grenadine
Cinnamon Snow
2 ounces cinnamon infused Tito’s vodka (Remember! Don’t leave the candy cane in too long or use real cinnamon sticks and soak overnight).
